Business travel market

Besides promoting Holland as a leisure destination, NBTC endeavours to spotlight Holland as a business destination. The objective is to attract more business visitors to the Netherlands and to get a better international ranking for business meetings. To achieve this objective NBTC launched a campaign called 'Fresh Dutch Views'. Under this banner Holland is being positioned as a refreshing destination for business and private visits alike. Two PMPCs are being used in the international market: Let's Meet and Be Inspired.

Two Holland experiences

NBTC’s PMPC Holland Be Inspired is aimed at sharing and exchanging information and knowledge, i.e. the convention market. This is the market of international conventions for which Dutch associations and corporate congresses bid. NBTC’s goal is to realise as many international conventions in Holland as possible. In the corporate market we try to appeal to the personal perception of the convention delegate by way of our ‘Fresh Dutch Views’. The ‘Fresh Dutch Views’ position Holland as the destination that not only offers fresh business views, but also fresh personal views. ‘Fresh Dutch Views’ are incorporated in various marketing activities for the convention market:

With the PMPC Holland Let’s Meet, NBTC targets international business meetings, that are initiated by the companies themselves, i.e. the meetings market. The target groups of Holland Let’s Meet are the corporate meeting planners and the intermediaries. They are instrumental in the decision-making process for the meeting location. For the business market, NBTC’s ‘Fresh Dutch Views’ campaign mainly appeals to the personal perception of the convention delegate, and positions Holland as the destination that not only offers fresh business views, but also fresh personal views. ‘Fresh Dutch Views’ is carried through in various marketing activities for the meeting market:
